| Alexander has been designated
a QualtyPro company by the National Pest Management
Association (NPMA) since 2005. NPMA began the QualityPro program in 2004 to raise
the standard of excellence in pest management.
Alexander was one of the first companies in Georgia and the U.S. to earn the QualityPro
designation. Less than 3% of pest control companies in
the U.S. have earned this designation. |
| Quality Pro is the mark of excellence in pest management.
QualityPro companies have met qualifications built around four key principles:
Business Operations, Consumer Relations, Environmental Stewardship and Technician
Training. These qualifications include employing only highly trained,
credentialed employees; offering a clear, easy-to-understand warranty and termite
service agreement; maintaining a drug-free workplace; advertising truthfully and
ethically; and maintaining an up-to-date insurance policy. |
| Achieving the QualityPro designation was
important for us, because our customers deserve the quality
assurance that’s provided by our meeting these external
standards. We strive to be the best, not necessarily the biggest,
in pest management services for metro Atlanta’s homes
and businesses. |
