As a result of our experience over the years, we now perform only Liquid Soil Barrier Treatment using Termidor® Termiticide to control subterranean termites. We do not use bait systems. Termidor controls colonies up to 6 times faster than bait systems.

Alexander is a Termidor Certified Professional company and our technicians are trained in the proper and effective use of Termidor. Termidor is a great product, but it must be applied properly to work effectively.

At Alexander, we stand behind our work. All termite treatments come with a One Year Guaranty. If termites return, so will we, and we will re-treat at no additional cost. Our guaranty is renewable for an annual fee, and can be renewed for up to ten years of protection. This includes an annual inspection of your home. A Damage Guaranty is offered for qualified properties. A damage guaranty will pay for the cost of repairing termite damage as long as you are under guaranty.
